1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MarketGraphs (the website at market-graphs.com, the newsletter, the public dashboard at /dashboard) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. What MarketGraphs is
MarketGraphs publishes cross-asset macro research: charts, signals, regime detection, and methodology, drawn from public data sources (FRED, Yahoo Finance, U.S. Treasury, CFTC, Ken French data library, among others). Outputs include a public dashboard, a weekly email brief, and occasional long-form analysis.
3. Educational research, not investment advice
Everything we publish is educational research and journalistic-style commentary, not personal investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and not a regulated financial promotion.
MarketGraphs is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We operate outside the s.21 financial-promotions perimeter under FPO Article 17 (generic promotion of a data product), Article 20 (journalistic commentary on macro data), and PERG 8.30 (the financial-research carve-out). We rely on these exemptions deliberately and the editorial register reflects them.
Capital is at risk. Past performance does not indicate future results. Decisions you take based on our content are your own responsibility. If you need personalised investment advice, consult an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
4. Use of the service
You agree:
- Not to redistribute, republish, or scrape the dashboard, newsletter, or research without prior written permission. One-paragraph quotation with attribution is fine.
- Not to use the content as the sole basis for investment decisions.
- Not to misrepresent MarketGraphs content as your own or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
- Not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt others' access.
5. Intellectual property
Charts, methodology documents, written analysis, branding, and code on MarketGraphs are owned by Aleksei Fedotenkov / MarketGraphs (UK) and are protected by copyright. The underlying data is sourced from public providers and remains subject to their respective licences.
6. Limitation of liability
MarketGraphs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, MarketGraphs and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law (e.g., for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
