Policies
Praxis · MarketGraphs · trust · document 12
Three policies, reviewed with the questionnaire once a year and on any material change.
Material non-public information
The company does not seek, accept or hold material non-public information. A paper enters the corpus only from an open index with a public listing. No company contact, no expert calls, no surveys.
If non-public information reaches the company by mistake, it is not read further, it is deleted, the sender is told, and the event is logged.
Personal and confidential information
The only personal data in the corpus is author names, affiliations and identifiers as published. Nothing else is extracted from a paper. Subscriber data is held as the privacy policy says.
Information a subscriber shares with the company is used only to serve that subscriber and never to build the Data. Access to personal data: the founder only.
Escalation and incident notice
A subscriber writes to alex@market-graphs.com. Acknowledged within one business day.
A security incident touching subscriber data is contained, logged and notified to the affected subscribers within 72 hours of discovery.
An adverse event about the Data itself, a source withdrawing a licence, a claim against the company, a change in what is served, is notified to subscribers within five business days. The audit log and the security log are the record.
